RETURN POLICY_ Shipping Damage: Should you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping we will replace your item promptly. Please contact Customer Service for return information.
Merchandise Defect: If there is a problem with the construction of a product, you may return an opened, unused item for full credit or replacement. Contact Customer Service for the necessary return information.
General : Items may be returned that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item (shipping charges are non-refundable). Some restrictions apply, please see below.
For ALL Returns: Contact our Customer Service Department for return information. Items cannot be accepted without an ROM number. Thank you
*Bidets are returnable within 15 days (before installation). After installation, bidets cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. *Books are non-returnable.
